The 4-stage submerged cryogenic centrifugal pump is a newly developed and manufactured product by our company, engineered to meet the ever-growing demands of the natural gas peak shaving and gas filling station markets.
This pump consists of two core components: a pump tank and a pump body. The pump body is fully submerged in the cryogenic liquid inside the tank, which completes liquid suction, pressurization and delivery, ensuring absolute zero liquid leakage during operation. It is widely applied in LNG peak shaving stations, LNG vaporization stations, urban pipeline networks, small-scale natural gas power plants and other related scenarios.
Performance Features
Fully submerged in the liquid within the vacuum vessel, achieving zero leakage, minimizing the cold loss of the unit, and enabling rapid start-up.
An inducer is installed at the pump inlet, which greatly reduces the NPSH (Net Positive Suction Head) requirement of the system.
Integrated structure of motor and pump, equipped with a variable frequency motor for speed regulation, which widens the flow rate and head range of the pump.
Adopts imported cryogenic bearings, with a service life of over 10,000 hours.
Optimized stable high-speed design, featuring compact structure, convenient installation, and superior economic efficiency.
